Accessibility

Our commitment
Orchords is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build to a widely recognised international accessibility standard (WCAG 2.2, level AA), and we test our work against it.
What we do
- Pages are written in clean, structured code and tested using only the keyboard and with screen readers.
- Colours are chosen so text and buttons stay readable for people with low vision.
- Forms have clear labels and helpful error messages.
- The site stays usable when you zoom in to 200% and on phone-sized screens.
- Motion respects the
prefers-reduced-motionuser preference.
Known limitations
We test in the latest versions of the major browsers and with the screen readers our team has access to. If you find something that doesn't work for you, please tell us — we will fix it. Limitations of the platform we publish on (for example, third-party embedded content) are documented case by case.
Report a problem
If you encounter an accessibility issue on this site, please send us a message through the chat widget at the bottom of every page — choose Accessibility from the category list, and include the page URL and a short description of the problem. We will respond within five business days.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on accessibility from users, accessibility consultants, and members of the community. We can't promise to implement every suggestion, but we promise to read every one.
