Scam and Fraud Alert

Last updated: 24 June 2026.

What this page is for

This page exists so that anyone — customer, supplier, journalist, or member of the public — can verify whether a message they have received claiming to be from Orchords is genuine.

What we will never do

How we contact you, when we contact you

Genuine messages from Orchords will come from an address ending in@orchards.com only. We do not currently use any other@OrchardsDevStudio.* or vendor domain; if a message claims to come from any other address, it is not from us.

If you've received something suspicious

Send us a message through the chat widget at the bottom of every page — choose Scam report from the category list. If you can, include the original message with its headers. We will read it, log it, and reply if you ask us to.

If you've already sent money or shared credentials

Contact your bank and the relevant local authorities. We cannot recover funds or reset passwords on services we do not operate. We can confirm whether a message was genuinely from us, which may help your report.
